As you noted Counters Plus, Inc. has acquired two (2) of the LT-55 units, and I am considering the purchase of a third unit. That in its self should speak to how impressed we are with this devise.
Our business is the manufacture and installation of solid surface and quartz surface countertops. Two and a half years ago we made the investment to convert our manufacturing process over to a CNC based process. That was a great move forward in the production of countertops, but the real winner came when we linked our process up to starting with a digital template produced by the LT-55.
Everyone in this business knows how “unique” each kitchen or bath installation is, with square ness and wall flatness issues. With the LT 55 we can measure that “uniqueness” and cut our countertops out to be an exact fit. An additional benefit is a significant reduction of installation time.
