Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position responsible for all sales within LPI’s South East region. You will manage existing customer relationships, drive new business growth, and represent LPI at trade shows and events. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated closer with strong technical aptitude and a proven ability to manage a wide territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out, close, and support customers across your assigned territory
- Travel to customer sites, perform product demonstrations, and maintain a high level of in-person engagement (travel expectation ~75%)
- Conduct remote or on-site product training sessions for new customers or refreshers for existing ones
- Diligently track all lead, opportunity, and customer activity in Salesforce CRM
- Provide timely, responsive customer support—including after-hours communication when needed
- Collaborate closely with your Sales Coordinator to deliver quotes, literature, and customer-specific solutions
- Work hand-in-hand with LPI’s Support Team to resolve technical issues and ensure post-sale satisfaction
- Attend regional and national trade shows to represent LPI with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Focus on the granite countertop industry while expanding into new verticals aligned with LPI’s strategic direction
- Promote and sell distributed products offered by LPI
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of outside/field sales experience in a B2B or technical environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proficient with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Hunter mentality with a drive to find and close new business
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively
- Adaptability and persistence in a fast-changing sales environment
- Strong follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience of using LT-2D3D to digitally capture site measurements
- Experience in the stone, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing industries
- Background in capital equipment or digital measurement tool sales
- Experience managing large sales territories independently
- Familiarity with territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline development
Compensation
Salary
- This is a 100% commission position with a draw
- Target annual compensation: $150,000 – $250,000
