The cause of this error is from a missing .dll file. If you receive an error when trying to print in the LT-55 XL software, perform the following steps to correct it.

  1. First make sure the Samsung/computer is connected to the internet.
  2. Make sure the LT-55 XL software is closed.
  3. Open up My Computer.
  4. Go to the following directory C:\Program Files\Laser Products\LT-55XL.
  5. Double click on AdvancedUpdate.exe.
  6. Click Download All button.
  7. Once downloaded, close AdvanceUpdate.exe program by hitting the X in the top right corner.
  8. Open the LT-55 XL software and the error should be corrected.
