The cause of this error is from a missing .dll file. If you receive an error when trying to print in the LT-55 XL software, perform the following steps to correct it.
- First make sure the Samsung/computer is connected to the internet.
- Make sure the LT-55 XL software is closed.
- Open up My Computer.
- Go to the following directory C:\Program Files\Laser Products\LT-55XL.
- Double click on AdvancedUpdate.exe.
- Click Download All button.
- Once downloaded, close AdvanceUpdate.exe program by hitting the X in the top right corner.
- Open the LT-55 XL software and the error should be corrected.
